PIMFA learning academies continually invest in challenging members to broaden their horizons and discover where an open mind can take them, their team and their wider organisation forward. For the last three years we have run Academies on ESG alongside the sectors only Women’s Leadership programme. In 2023 we expanded our offering, with the launch of The Transaction Reporting Academy and The CASS Academy.

You can’t do this through a conference or training course; you have to feel it, see it and hear it directly from those organisations and people delivering it. In 2023, we ran our first study tour, inviting CX leaders in PIMFA member firms to the headquarters of the McLaren F1 team to experience first-hand what world-class Innovation & CX looks like.
