For the last three years we have run Academies on ESG alongside the sectors only Women’s Leadership programme. In 2023, we ran our first study tour, inviting CX leaders in PIMFA member firms to the headquarters of the McLaren F1 team to experience first-hand what world-class Innovation & CX looks like.
