PIMFA Groups consist of committees, forums & working groups
PIMFA Groups provide an opportunity for an array of individuals across numerous job areas within our member firms to discuss important and relevant topics within our industry.
- Board
PIMFA’s Board governs the workings and strategic direction of PIMFA led by our Chairman, Lord Deben, and CEO, Liz Field. It consists of leading senior figures from a representative sample across the breadth of our membership.
- Committees
PIMFA’s Committees are a place for decision and action. They focus on deciding PIMFA’s strategies and work plans; agree positions and campaigns; and outputs from these add value to our members and their clients.
- Working Groups
PIMFA’s Working Groups are a place for members to discuss projects, consultations, publications and campaigns in relevant policy areas.
- Forums
PIMFA’s Forums are available to all members and provide updates on recent activities and announcements from the PIMFA team and provide behind-the-scenes details on initiatives and policy and regulatory changes in the market.
In the last year alone PIMFA has run 24 committees, forums and working parties, equating to 112 meetings and 171 hours of industry expertise shared by us and your industry peers.
The Groups bring our industry together to interrogate and examine issues directly impacting the profession such as Financial Crime, Regulation, Operations, and much more.
Our members’ input in these Groups, in addition to their contribution to the consultation response process is invaluable as it allows us to create and present a collective industry voice to the Government and Regulators.
